Role Overview

We are seeking a Data Analyst to join a major EU-based pharmaceutical company on a long-term remote contract. In this role, you will work with business stakeholders across Europe and the USA to translate business questions into actionable analytics solutions. You will design analytics workflows, build dashboards, ensure data quality, and present insights that support strategic and operational decisions. The role requires strong skills in Power BI, Python, and SQL, along with the ability to communicate insights clearly to business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate business questions into clear analytical requirements and solutions.
• Design and develop analytics workflows, dashboards, and reports to support business decision-making.
• Analyze large datasets using Python, SQL, and Power BI to generate actionable insights.
• Ensure data accuracy, quality, and integrity across analytics outputs.
• Present clear, data-driven insights and visualizations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Support commercial analytics initiatives and contribute to strategic and operational improvements.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams in the EU and USA to deliver analytics projects on time.

Requirements

• Middle: 3–5 years of full-time Data Analyst experience
• Senior: 5+ years of full-time Data Analyst experience
• Strong experience with Power BI (required)
• Proficiency in Python (required)
• Strong SQL skills (required)
• Experience with Tableau is a plus
• Business-level English
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and proactively
• Experience collaborating directly with business stakeholders
